The lady at the front desk was really nice. The room was very clean. Was very satisfied and will be back

So as far as the room itself I like, I think the bathroom has a sewage smell that won't go away!!!nnI had some ppl come through, one particular my brother who hadn't seen me in over a couple weeks came by, my best friend, it's like this a few ppl come through and they come and say something about traffic. Like for one if they paid attention the ones above me are the loud ones and the ones with traffic unnecessary traffic my traffic was mainly family. Also my spouse has alot of mental disabilities and the added stress wasn't necessary, we get told the manager will speak with us. So far I have loved the staff and again the room isn't too bad. But then approaching me as such isn't good on my behalf my best friend got embarrassed, and my brother didn't come back!!! I will still be a CHOICE Motel member, and I still support the Quality Inn of Kings Mountain. Also just tip keep in mind you NEVER know what someone is dealing with or going through. I have a spouse with bipolar, schizophrenia, on the Asperger's spectrum,and other things. We are already going through family things we DON'T, DIDN'T, &/OR DID HAVE ANYONE IN OR OUT AT NIGHT!! During the day visiting shouldn't be an issue!!! Still here and plan to continue the stay cause I believe it's all a misunderstanding and will be worked out accordingly!!

Great place to Satu very comfortable and clean room full hot breakfast with very professional customer service you can't go wrong with this great value for your price

I chose this hotel every time I need a get away It’s very clean and the staff are very nice I would recommend this hotel to anyone .

While the lobby was upgraded I find it's best for horizontal bop! Great laaady!!
