Very very clean, Dennise and Sonia and Beth are amazing people, they all made us feel like we where family. We. Stayed across the street in the pit of hell for 3weeks .every night we had to complains about the people upstairs with a small child running a round and banning till 2 or 3 am, when my husband had to get up at 5 am for work. No SLEEP!! We complained to security and got an attitude my husband complained as well as I did, I was done ! I took a chance and called I had a dog with me, They fell in love with my little dog. tinker bell.I was able to get a room for us. I was never so thankful! Quiet, peaceful! And we felt like home. We stayed 2 1/2 months. For my husband job. I highly recommend staying here.nIf we are ever back in the area this is where I’m staying there. We love ud83dudc97 this place. Love all the staff....

I booked through Booking.com and the website does not do this place justice. The rooms are HUGE. Cable is included (REAL cable with lots of channels) and I have 2 TVs (one in living area, one in bedroom). Central heat and air, a stove with oven, microwave, real full size refrigerator, a real coffee maker and laundry on site (takes a CC thank God). The bedroom closet is huge and there's plenty of drawer space. I'm so comfortable. It's like being in an apartment complex instead of a hotel. Management is taking C19 very seriously. My room was very clean. I could definitely tell they went above and beyond to sanitize everything.

This is honestly the best place to stay in Shelby. The suites are clean, the staff is amazing. Denise is one of the nicest people I've ever met and Beth, the first floor housekeeper is a sweet lady too. They deep clean each suite before the next stay. Its such a nice home away from home, everyone makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. I cannot recommend this place enough, whether it be for a week or an extended stay.

This is an exceptionally clean room and great prices. The entire staff is wonderful. Denise at the front desk is a true gem and treats you as family. She cares about her guests safety and happiness and keeps the place safe from trouble makers. We have stayed here for about 9 months and will miss our home away from home!

Best place ever to say in shelby, either for business or fun. The manager Denise, she is awesome, lovely and nice. She sees her customers first before the money. If you are a nurse or doctor please go there. After working 12 hrs night shift I was supposed to check out by 12 to drive for 4hrs home. She stopped me to take a nap until 5 pm. Of course I didn't stay until 5 but the extra 2 hrs I slept did help me a lot. Thank you Denise for being an amazing person. Did I mention the place is spotless and quiet. Best place ever to stay for your money.
