Requested Gutters over a year ago and kept putting me off telling equipment is broken would never return calls. I have water getting inside my building and no gutters

Highly recommend!!!! Asset Roofing did my grandmother's roof repairs and fixed leaking skylights. She was very pleased with the exceptional work and how neat they were while working!! She also complimented how respectful they were!

We had damage to our roof from a tree branch, which resulted in water leaking through into my daughter's bedroom. We researched roofing companies, and reached out to Asset based on all of the stellar reviews we saw. They were quick to respond and showed up the next day. They were eager to help and we even decided to replace all the gutters while we were at it. They were attentive and helpful......... and then we paid them. For FOURTEEN WEEKS we were given numerous completion dates. Each coming and passing with no word from them. Each time we reached out, we were given excuse after excuse and a new date. Then that too would pass. It wasn't until we said we would contact an attorney after a refund was refused that someone showed up. All in all, it took over four months to complete half a days work. Four months of water dripping into our house. Four months of excuses. Zero phone calls from them. Zero attempts to rectify the lack of customer service. From what I understand, a hole in the roof takes top priority, but these guys clearly value whichever job pays more. I don't know where they found all these people to give good reviews, but they definitely were a massive disappointment.nn*I left the above review on Yelp, but thought it prudent to add some additional comments. We were in the process of selling our house at the time the work was completed. The work was done about a month ago and all new gutters installed. Having gone under contract, we are now having to pay additional money to have the gutters fixed. They were not connected correctly, not secured to the house correctly and leaking in areas - including areas I specifically asked about and was told were fixed.nnI cannot say it loud enough: DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!
