This store has nearly the slowest and poorest customer service possible. I wouldn’t even give one star if that was an option. I waited over an hour and a half past my appointment time with the pharmacy and I finally gave up when they closed for lunch. Sadly, this seems to be what everyone else has experienced too because many people continued to endure the long wait, apparently not having any better options. Don’t waste your time here.

My first name is Cynthia! Don’t want any confusion in Cvs not being able to see who this is. I have been going to cvs in kings mountain nc for almost 4 years now. And honestly I would not have given even one star! I have tried and tried to get these issues there straightened out numerous times and really don’t think they cared. Brian is the pharmacist that seems to be there most of the time I go. I am officially done with them ! Tomorrow morning I will be transferring my prescriptions else where

Well educate people ! nice staff .. Best managers !! friendly and kind ! great experiences shopping in CVS! is why I visit them many times as possible!! ❤

Super fast, very friendly! Brian, the pharmacist, was helpful and polite. Great experience at this CVS!

Not very helpful. I had a manufacturer's coupon for a prescription and they said it was not good. I went to Walmart Neighborhood Market and they ran the coupon and, lo and behold, it was good. I will not be back to CVS. I did not feel like arguing with the woman behind the counter at CVS!
