Cheap it's not as bad as people claim

Cheapest place in hickory to stay the night but has roaches bad and the wifi is spotty don't pick up good on the bottom rooms but staff is really friendly and has rules but leaving at night and can't have visitors after hours but I guess its for good reason they are cleaning the place up and they have gotten rid of all the negative people.

We stayed there for about a month, 1 man died right before and another died just before we left. Bed bugs in some rooms. Roaches in all. Owner is a nice guy. Manager likes to say GD alot and lacks people skills. Very abusive to tenants. Reminds me of management at Gateway only much louder.
