Our family loved our stay here! We had the double queen studio suite and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable for the 5 of us. Even with the roll away bed, we had plenty of room. The hotel staff was exceptional from housekeeper to front desk they all went above and beyond with their professionalism and friendly disposition. Although breakfast is a bit different during Covid and not your typical Hampton buffet that we love, breakfast was still delicious. You had several choices including hot options and food was was served to you. Hotel was super clean and we felt safe. We will be back again for sure the next time we visit our family.
We love the Hilton brand hotels and this place was no different. I won't knock any stars because overall the stay was amazing, the room for the most part felt clean, however there were left over clothes in our bathroom from the previous guest, I am assuming. Please just make sure your house keeping inspectors do a thorough walk through, this should have easily been caught. Other than that, thank you for an amazing stay :)
Breakfast was wonderful. Carol fixed our meals. She is very fast and goes above and beyond. Carol brightens up your day! Hand sanitizer stations are well maintained. We enjoyed staying here on our business trip. It was a pleasure.
Wonderful, as always.nI would have given 5 stars but mask protocols were not enforced in the lobby area.
