Courtyard by Marriott Hickory

Me and my boyfriend and my brother stayed here not even a full night. They say they have a pool and jacuzzi available for guests and the fire pit outside but I went to the pool with my boyfriend and brother after we checked in and were asked to leave the pool so this other family could come in so we went back to our room for a little while and then decided to go down an sit outside by the fire but they were having a wedding reception that night so this huge group of family and friends stayed at the fire place all night we didn't get to enjoy anything the hotel had to offer so we decided to leave. I told the girl at the front desk and all she said was the amenities are not guaranteed it just made me so upset when this woman said that and told me I'd still have to pay the full price for my room I just left ill never go back.

I have stayed here several times and it is always a great experience. They have done a great job during the pandemic of keeping things safe and clean while still being comfortable. Thanks to Leah and Jaqueline for being so helpful and pleasant!

Pleasent a little pricely. Buut everybody was friendly and oout to help with what ever you need..poll and hot ttub was great. We had a nice time

We stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Having breakfast available in the mornings was really convenient.

Staff was wonderful, room was clean, a small but complete bagged breakfast the next day; from start to finish this stay was amazing. They had a larger than usual luggage cart, which was a bonus.
