Not impressed. I was very concerned with the cleanliness of my room. There was a weird wet spot on the nightstand, spots on the dresser from I'm thinking leftover cleaner, stains on the bathroom curtain, and spots in the bathroom sink. I also found it weird that the rack for the clean towels was in the shower. There was no way to use it without all the clean towels getting damp. Lastly, I was disappointed in the view from my window. I currently hold diamond status with Hilton and this stay was not up to par with other locations.
Sweet
My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn was great! The common areas were kept nice and clean, my room was clean and the employees were awesome.
Rates changed and questioned front desk regarding it. As a member I usually am quite satisfied with this info not so at this stay. Young man was not very friendly at the front desk.
Always a pleasure to stay. Management staff have been consistent in friendliness and willingness to accommodate. Good breakfast options. Cleanliness consistent for rooms.
