Next best thing to home. The staff are everything you could possibly ask for - warm, welcoming, attentive, and accommodating.nThe manager went above and beyond my expectations to help sort out our stay to best suite our needs.nIf you're new to Hickory, NC or if you're a frequent overnight guest, you won't find yourself disappointed if you give Best Western a shot.
NO GO. Everything about this hotel is cheap. The 1990’s treadmill shut down on me twice within a mile. The pillows are uncomfortable.nnFor 100 bucks a night.... I don’t think so. No laundry on site. JUST CHEAP everything.nnSLEEP ELSEWHERE!
Very nice staff. Room was very nicely set up and comfortable. Very clean. The breakfast was one of the best continental I have had. We will be back!

Awesome experience. Easy booking, inexpensive, easy check in, clean room that was exactly as advertised, and the covid-friendly breakfast was great and tasty.
