Very clean all around. Had 3 kids with me and my sister in law and they had a blast with the pool. Friendly and professional staff. Definitely will recommend to anyone traveling to Hickory!
My stay could have been better but I had a leaky sink, which had water leaking over the bathroom floor. We didn't know until after we settled in and then when showering, brushing teeth, washing fave water was splashing on our feet and running on the floor. We were moved in which we had to re-pack and move all our belongings to another room and no discount was even offered by management or their staff. I was disappointed. It's up in the air if I would give them another chance.
Says 3 1/2 star hotel they would be lucky to get 2 pass on this one
Very good loved it looks shady on the outside but the inside is beautiful and very clean.
Customer service was great, clean room and amenities were excellent! Will definitely be back every chance I get.
