Hickory Extended Stay Suites

I have to start off by saying Hickory Extended Stay has been an amazing stay. From the cleanliness of the rooms, to the excellent customer service. I have not been disappointed. The property managers (Mitisha & Omar) help with any issue that we have. From maintenance work that needs to be done if there is a problem, to regular simple task that’s asked of. They are kind friendly people always on the job. I have felt more than welcomed with the two new property managers. I would highly recommend the stay here. And whenever I’m in need of a stay, I will definitely continue my services with this hotel. Although it’s a hotel it feels more like a studio apartment which is why I’m giving this review a 5 star. Great customer service whenever and whatever time needed plus a comfy at home kind of feel.

Amazing rooms and even better customer service. Stayed here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My wife keeps asking to stay here rather than other places just due to the sole customer experience we received. Rooms are clean and modern than the other places I’ve been to.

Great stay! Happy my family and I stayed here during our roadtrip. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and sweet staff. The staff is super friendly & helpful.nLots of parking space and the view from our room was average but overall great stay.nAbsolutely reccommend this spot!

This place is under new management and they are great .... they go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant ....if it was just a bit cheaper it would be perfect if the rates for weekly could compare to monthly a bit more it would make this place perfect...but it's still a Fair rate considering other options I like it there it's ud83dudcaf times better than when we stayed there a year ago and that is thanks to the new management

Gateway Extended Stay is Under New Management for the past 8 weeks Metisha and Omar go out of their way to make guests feel welcome and secure. The rooms can be considered a small one bedroom. If you are coming to Catawba County you ought to know this Tri-City area is completely sewn up with hardly any other available apartments for rent. With this new management and just recently new ownership Gateway Extended Stay in Hickory North Carolina is a decent and secure option for a month stay for what I consider a fair price knowing what's your options are here in Catawba County. It's not perfect only I expect some real positive changes being made for the future guests.
