Nice clean lobby, hallways, parking lot, elevators and stair wells. This is not a hotel anymore it is an apartment building. It is income based.nWhen I have visited during the day, there is always management, onsight. And a maintenence man there, cleaning and repairing things.nThe apartments themselves are very nice. Clean, new fixtures (plumbing and electrical) very clean bathrooms, large bedrooms, large open kitchens to the dining room area and open to the tv room area. New appliances in the kitchen, ie stove They, fridge etc.nThey have community laundry rooms but if you own your own washer and dryer you xan have them there.nI will say that this is one of the nicest, income based apartments that I have ever seen. If I had to say something negative about the place, the only thing I have noticed is the trash area is always full and over flowing, but even the trash area is kinda covered by fencing and temporary walls but the gate is always open, it is in the parking lot, maybe move it to the other side of the building so it isn't the 1st thing people see when they pull up.
