This was my first visit to the shop but the overall experience was very poor. They had a young man manning everything so although he was nice the customer service was poor as he was by himself most of the time. Their was not much of an inventory to choose from and what was there was not really for the enthusiast. I believe one of the owners showed up and I asked a question and he was very short and dismissive. I wanted to spend a couple thousand dollars on a new mountain bike for my son but I had no confidence that these guys could/would follow up. I ended up spending more somewhere else but I was taken care of at a professional level.

Fabulous relaxed setting, great selection of bicycles and everything to go with it. Coffee bar, beer taps, snacks...even hot chocolate. Very warm and welcoming staff!

Far and away the best bike shop in Hickory. Everyone is extremely kind, respectful, knowledgeable and the prices are great. Couldn’t be happier with the work done to our bikes. Special shoutout to Jeff and Tyler who were awesome! Thank you!

Initial impression is solid. Nice setup. Great staff. Definitely need a little help on the mechanic side because they're so backed up. But first impression is really good. I'll update once the repair work is done.
