Kimpton Hotel Arras

Probably the best hotel experience I've had. Luxury in every detail. The staff is so friendly and eager to help. Every day has a complimentary happy hour, what makes the lobby a pleasant place to meet people, relax and watch the cutes guest's dogs passing by. Good restaurant service, too, and it's close to others amazing places to eat in downtown. The best line of shampoo, conditioner and body wash I've ever seen in a hotel, amazing quality. We'll be back for sure.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We stayed here because we were traveling with our dog and had difficulty finding pet-friendly options, and I'm so glad we found it. We ended up extending our stay because it was so great. They are super pet-friendly - they don't just allow dogs, they fully welcome them. The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and we felt very safe staying there during COVID. The staff were very kind and helpful. I can't say enough good things about our experience. We didn't want to leave!

After reading all of the wonderful reviews we decided to stay at the Kimpton. We were blown away by the service Emily and Andrew along with the rest of the staff showed our young family. The location is great and close to some of the best restaurants. The food at the hotel was just as great as the staff! We are fans for life! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff that made our stay great. We will be back in the spring.

We had a great experience until... When we walked in we were immediately greeted by a staff member asking to help. The staff at check and during our stay was great. The hotel is modern and designed to be eye catching. It's right downtown and gives you access to some amazing restaurants. The room is amazingly comfortable and offered some amazing views. Bed is great and cozy and the shower is huge and luxurious. We loved staying here and would gladly come back. At check out we didn't have the best experience with the valet, but that won't prevent us from returning.

I can't say enough about how beautiful this hotel is!! You are right in the mix of downtown walking distance to all the Shops and restaurants. This hotel is dog friendly which is awesome but the real reason we will be back is the staff from front desk to housekeeping everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. we travel alot and I can honestly say I have never stayed somewhere that the staff has been so friendly.
