Downton Annie Apartments

Stayed 3 day weekend in very clean, modern and we'll equipped 2 bedroom. very up-to-date with new appliances and extremely clean and comfortable. Relatively short walk to downtown restaurants. Only issues we had were 1- loud music from another rental unit but when we called the owner he immediately sent a text and it stopped.2 - homeless kitchen or shelter across the street 3- parking spots are small and one of the other tenants had a big truck effectively took up two spots. we got into the unit realize there was extra two spots and that's all the problem. When we come to Asheville again we will probably stay here as it is a good value and a really nice unit.

Excellent apartment in impeccable condition. Appears to have recently been remodeled, tastefully done. Easy walking distance to downtown Asheville and the arena. Some may be turned off by the fact there's a soup kitchen for homeless folks across the street and it tends to be messy. The one bath setup can be inconvenient at times but we managed it well.

A secret beauty at the other end of town. Lush gardens compliment the gorgeous spacious interiors.
