Downtown Inn & Suites

Very simple hotel in the downtown area. Very close to all of the breweries which made the stay much better. It was always clean. The TV channels are not the best but not something that would bring down the rating of the place. Front staff are very helpful.

The only thing keeping this place from having 5 stars is that it is outdated, but other than that it's a great hotel. The stay was super affordable with an awesome location, and while everything was incredibly outdated, the cleanliness was top notch. Nothing felt gross or unattended, just old. The staff were also very nice. I recommend it here!

If you’re like me and forgot you had to drive home after having a little too much fun at the bars... this place is a god send. Excellent value, great location, clean. I’m sorry, do you need anything else? Sorry it’s not the Ritz Carlton, you spoon-faced apple-picker!

Perfect location! Within walking distance of everything downtown. Very friendly and attentive staff! The room was clean. The ONLY negative thing I have to state is it really needs updating. But hey, how much time do you spend in the hotel room? It's a friendly, clean, well located, cheap place to stay in the heart or Asheville. We enjoyed it!

This is a great place to say in an amazing location, close to all the awesome bars and restaurants!nnLike a previous reviewer stated, the only thing keeping it five stars was that it was a bit outdated....but even then, for the price, this was an awesome place to stay. The room was absolutely spotless. Equipped with everything we needed from mini fridge, microwave , coffee maker, hair dryer, iron....nnBed was super comfy, everything in the room worked perfectly....and like I said, it was spotless.nnThe young girl at checkin was super friendly, with a recommendation on where to grab a pizza when our first choice was closed....nnWe were stopping here just for the night on on travels and we will definitely be back again. It was a great value and exceeded our expectations.
