Have stayed here twice now, we love the location, the ease of private parking and being in the heart of downtown Asheville. This studio is an amazing place to stay for walking to the South Slope breweries and for excellent restaurants right around the corner!
We stayed a long weekend with our two elementary school-aged kids and had a wonderful time! The condo is extremely well appointed and a perfect location- walkable to so many great restaurants, music, and everything else downtown has to offer. Easy drive out to gorgeous hikes and waterfalls! Highly recommend this condo for couples, friends, and/or families!

The loft was great very spacious and clean ! Location was great we walked to everything! Bernie and Sandy have thought of everything! they have made it real easy to feel at home. We will be back for sure!
Best location right downtown!!! Still quite enough for my 5mo old to sleep. They have thought of everything you would ever need, even a sound machine! This place comes equipped with anything you could possibly need including a full sized fridge and washer and dryer!! The owners thoughtfully placed a map of Asheville and recommendations on restaurants and attraction around town and we’re very accommodating to our special needs. We will be visiting again!
