Totally pet friendly ! Our pet was greeted with a goody bag. ( see attached photo of rescue adoption area located in the lobby ) Also, 2nd floor lobby has a seated deck overlooking Biltmore street. Third floor level has a pool and spacious outdoor seating area with gorgeous mountain views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. We loved this place , highly recommend and will definitely be back.
The room isn't huge but it makes the most of the space. Fantastic location in downtown next to the south slope. Employees were friendly and fast. Water was nice and hot. There was a light out but not a big deal. Sliding bathroom door could have been wider so there isn't a crack. But I would definitely stay here again. Good decor.
Beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown Asheville. The rooms are a bit small but clean and comfortable.nnWe asked ahead of time about parking a small trailer and were told there would be no issues.nnUpon check-in we let the front desk staff know that we were concerned about our trailer and instead of them being helpful we were surprised with being attempted to be charged per parking spot we took up with the trailer. The front desk staff did waive it after we got a bit upset about them not being upfront about it. This worked out but they should’ve been more transparent, especially with a nearly empty garage.nnWe did find a hair on the towels in our room, but didn’t mention it because we were so tired from the drive to Asheville.nnOtherwise, good stay. Would probably come back. Pet friendly.
Clean rooms that have great views. Active and friendly staff. Fun bar after hours at which you can to wrap up the night. Large outdoor with massive social area and fire pits. Starbucks inside. Parking garage next door, but isn't complimentary, 10$.
A dog friendly hotel without compromising style and energy.nnWe stayed here due to the fact we could take our pup, and normally I don't link dog friendly hotels with somewhere I'd also choose to stay at without the dog, but that's absolutely the case here. There were dogs everywhere, yet everything was still clean and cool. Plus everyone's in a great mood because DOGS!
