Courtyard by Marriott Asheville Biltmore Village

This is a new Hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The location is great. There is a brewery right next door and plenty of restaurants near by. We drove to downtown Asheville and it was less then 5 mins. The bed was very comfortable and the mid-century decor in the room is beautiful! You will not regret your stay!

This Courtyard is brand new and simply beautiful. The decor is mid-century modern. There is a Starbucks on site , a small bar area with table seating and lounge seating. There is a nice sized gym and indoor pool available. The staff exhibited fabulous customer service. 10 out of 10 will return!

Perfect hotel in the Biltmore Village! This hotel is brand new and the staff is excellent! Ryan went above and beyond so much on my first stay this past week that we wanted to come back because of his excellent custom service. The hotel is clean, trendy, and in an excellent location. Management was exceptional as well. Everything about the hotel is top notch for the business traveler as well as small family. We loved it so much, we cancelled a reservation at a competing brand and went back to this Courtyard because we knew to expect top notch customer service. They delivered 10 out of 10 both times. Kudos to Ryan, Sarah, and Ali!

This is a new hotel and a great deal. Our room was clean, modern, and large, and had a great view of Biltmore Village from the front of 5th floor, where we were. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. They had a really nice workout room and a pool area. Location is excellent and is walking distance to the village and a short drive to downtown Asheville. Perfect spot for a visit to the Biltmore. It would have been nice to have breakfast included, but they do have a bistro. There’s a view of a scrap yard between the hotel and the Village, but this isn’t a big deal with all the positives.

King bed room was nice, modern, and clean. Staff was polite. Bed and pillows were comfortable, not to soft and not too firm. A/C was quiet enough for sleeping. Whoever designed the light controls never had to use them. The walls did seem thin. At times we could hear our neighbors loud phone conversation.
