Oakland Cottage Bed and Breakfast

We had a ground floor room that was super clean and charmingly decorated. The king size bed was dressed with soft, quality linens and so comfortable. The breakfasts were freshly prepared & delicious. Jim & Erica were so nice and welcoming.nThe location was very convenient,nonly about a mile to the Biltmore & the Arts District. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent food and hospitality! Jim and Erica were awesome and excellent chefs! Breakfast was wonderful! They were very helpful in providing information for local eating and things to do. The views from the back room were great and the room was cozy and inviting! Enjoyed talking for a bit with them before check out. Would recommend for sure!

We had a wonderful time at Oakland Cottage B & B! The innkeepers, Jim and Erica, were welcoming and gracious. They suggested places for us to dine, and there were homemade brownies waiting for us when we returned! The breakfasts are phenomenal! Thanks for making our stay so special.

We loved the Oakland Cottage Bed & Breakfast! It was everything bed & breakfasts used to be. We appreciate the old fashioned hospitality and warm touches throughout. Breakfast was dreamy, perfect, and delicious! They even accommodate dogs. Our visit was unplanned, just passing through after visiting family for Christmas. This was a highlight of our holiday adventures with a comfortable and roomy place to relax and refuel for another day of driving. Parking, WiFi, coffee, breakfast, all our boxes were checked! We hope to be in the area again if only to stay here. Thanks Jim & Erika!

This adorable B&B was very clean and the cutest setup. The Innkeepers were so informative, kind, and boy could they cook! It was close to all the major attractions Asheville has to offer. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
