I came here for a COVID-19 test and neither of the pharmacy techs were wearing masks. You work in a healthcare setting and you still don’t understand? How many more people need to die for you to understand it?

I have been with them for over two years. I’m transferring services. I have had a new case worker every couple months. Waited a year and a half for a therapist thinking I was just being patient. Should have moved on long ago.

The staff has always been very polite and great through this mask-wearing is optional but staff wear masks and I'm thankful for that clean and neat fast service through drive-thru questions answered about your medication can't find one complaintud83dude00

The pharmacists at this location are a joke. They are rude to their customers and further down, I see more complaints about them. The only ‘nice’ pharmacist would be a man named Tim. I went in today to pick up my medicine and a lady beginning with the letter S (I did not have enough time to read her name badge) came up to help me and the first words out of her mouth had a tome of attitude. I asked her to see if any of my fathers prescriptions were also ready to be picked up. She reacted with a frustrated face and said excuse me? Working in customer service, I can recognize when people clearly aren’t willing to be of any help or even frustrated with having to help customers. CVS has always had horrible customer service specifically in the pharmacy. Let’s do better.
