Great service (would be an understatement)! I have visited most of the bike shops in Asheville at one point or another. Some are a lot of fun, some are a bit too serious, and some are just terrible. But, these guys are just right.nnDo yourself a favor and go here first. Seriously, I didn't get my bikes from them, but I would gladly drive the extra time (worth every...single...minute) every single time for my future service. Their quality of bike service and the quality of customer care is superb.

Really great staff that took the time to help adjust and fit my new bike to my liking. Everyone here is very personable, excited you're there, and happy to spend time making sure you're getting the best bike for how you like to ride. Particular shouts to Hank! Plus, about the only place around where you can find a more affordable gravel/touring bike these days.

Big smile on my face today! It's the first time I'm taking my new bike, recently purchased at Asheville Bicycle Company, out for a ride! What a treat in February! I live in GA, but found my bike at Asheville Bicycle Company. Chad and his staff were tremendous! He answered all of my questions and was extremely attentive. I bought 2 mountain bikes for Christmas and Hank knocked it out of the park with some World-class service. He kept me up to date on the delivery and made sure they got built before the big day. The mechanics, managers, and sales staff have been knowledgeable and effective every step of the way. This will be my bike shop in Asheville from now on and I have tried west, south, way south and downtown. Thank you and keep up the great work.

The best bike shop I’ve ever been to in my life. What a great vibe from everyone. I’m from Wilmington and wanted to do a 2 day block in Asheville. My bike really needed some work that was out of my reach. I called 7 bike shops and most said they were 2-6 weeks backed up (what the hell?!?). I called here and they said no promises, but they’ll look at it. At least I was in the door. Chad worked MAGIC. Amazing mechanic, great conversation, and he led me to some great climbs. The price for service was amazing. I will only go here when I come to Asheville. I would give this more than 5 stars if I could...
