Frank at Beer City Bicycles is incredible! Needed my bike packed and shipped. He told me to bring it in and he’d get it done that very day. Frank then went above and beyond to send me pictures of the packing process. The level of professionalism and care Frank showed me was above and beyond anything I could’ve expected. I highly recommend this shop for bike consignment! Frank helped me fix up and part ways with a bike I just didn't have time to sell via the typical online 'will they/won't they' market.
