Frank at Beer City Bicycles is incredible! Needed my bike packed and shipped. He told me to bring it in and he’d get it done that very day. Frank then went above and beyond to send me pictures of the packing process. The level of professionalism and care Frank showed me was above and beyond anything I could’ve expected. I cannot recommend Beer City Bicycles enough! Thanks Frank!

Great experience at Beer City Bicycles yesterday. Have an older man bike with grip shift issues. Frank got it fixed and tuned my bike as well - shifting is clean and crisp. Thanks!

I highly recommend this shop for bike consignment! Frank helped me fix up and part ways with a bike I just didn't have time to sell via the typical online 'will they/won't they' market. He was fair, honest, and incredibly quick. I was highly satisfied with everything from the consultation to the excellent communication and ultimately the sale!nnAdditionally, I recommend Beer City Bicycles for any and all maintenance, cleaning, or gear needs.
