Fantastic experience with Jeff. Purchased a bike for my son and had a few things done to my older bike. The only regret is that my wife wouldn't let me buy that Genius 900 Ultimate. A well stocked shop with friendly, affordable, and competent service. If we're ever in the area again we'll be stopping in.

Jeff is awesome! I am in town for a week with the family and was in the middle of a long ride along the river with the family, but my rear derailleur was acting up. I started having issues with it a few weeks ago, but I kept putting off repairs. Jeff was able to take a look at the bike quickly. I noticed the my had the SRAM GX Eagle rear derailleur that I needed. He was able to swap it out for me in was than an hour and got me back on the road. After our riverside ride, I rode at Riveter later in the day and the shifting was smooth. I was also tempted by some of the beautiful Scott full suspension bikes they had in stock. Thank you!

Very customer-oriented and super friendly vibe. I needed a cable and a spoke replacement on a Sunday and MustAsheville Bikes was the only nearby shop open. So happy to have found this shop and Jeff, the owner. He had my wheel fixed same day. I'll be back soon for a more extensive service as his prices and turnaround are quite reasonable. First time the storefront is a little hard to spot from driving by - just park in the handy lot right across the street.
