Very peaceful. Great weekend getaway. The cold air that seeps around the baseboards is unreal. But the gas logs made uo for the bitter cold air through the night. But ALL in ALL. It's a great place to visit
This place was so awesome. My wife and I stayed in the whistle pig cabin, which was just large enough to house the bed, and that's exactly what we wanted. The room did have a fridge and electricity, so that was nice. We were looking to cook over fire, escape the hustle and bustle for a bit, and enjoy some nature. This place was perfect for just that. Staff was so friendly and helpful too.
Me and my husband loved this place so peaceful and quiet would recommend it to anyone will be going back again.
Stayed here this past weekend cabin was great clean cozy everything we wanted .Easy check in and check out.Will definitely stay again.
One word - AMAZINGnThe setting is serene and relaxing. The ambience is the epitome of southern hospitality. The spring water is delicious and we loved every second, from the camp fire and roasted marshmallows, to the barn loft we stayed in, to the calmness the NC mountain setting brings to your soul. We are planning a trip back for a whole weekend.
