I live in Taylorsville and I finally made it there! Great staff and good scenery!
Found this place on Google maps and so glad we did. Came on a Sunday afternoon and it was not crowded. Had beautiful views as we enjoyed our lunch. I had the Brushy Mountain club which was awesome. My wife had the chicken salad sandwich which was equally fantastic. Prices are very reasonable and they also have a bar. Our waitress was very nice. I highly recommend.

Went there on a Sunday for lunch, unaware that they only offer breakfast or their buffet. Decided to go for the (over priced) buffet and it was horrible. Clearly it had been neglected. Most of the trays were empty and what was left in them was cold. Vegetables were cold, meatloaf was tasteless, the potato patties were not thoroughly cooked. However, the macaroni salad, which by health inspection standards should be kept on ice, was left at room temperature. The fried chicken tasted liked Swanson TV dinner, and the staff was unprofessional. Will never return to this place. Don't waste a good Sunday here.
