This is the worst pharmacy... I’ve been waiting on a prescription for SEVEN DAYS. And every time I have gone up to the pharmacy/called to check on my prescription, they have given me the run-around and told me “it will be in at 3pm tomorrow..” I’ve waited through three “3pm tomorrow’s” and am officially switching to Kroger pharmacy. I called to check on my prescription with CVS today one last time and when I told them my name they hung up on me. Also, be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes before getting anyone on the phone. This place needs to be closed to business...

Expect long pharmacy wait times and unbelievably rude pharmacy staff at each and every visit. They have had my business for one year which was one year too long.

I love the staff her, especially the cashier, I think her name is Shy-something lol I came in on Sunday 11.24.19 wanting to buy one of each, of all of the Hello Kitty merchandise. They only had two large kitties left, one which couldn't stand, and the other with a stain on it. She took the time to put tide on it, cleaned it, wiped it for me. She was so sweet!! That made my night, I spent over $100 and more just on her caring for something I collect.

No wonder CVS is dumping so many drug stores if this one's performance is par for the course. One example, notifying one that their prescriptions have been filled and ready for pickup, only to get to the store and they are not. But you do get a little sideshow by the clerks as they shuffle around in circles and and say they have idea as what happened. Was a pretty good operation a several years ago when we placed our faith in them as customers. I now use Walgreens and my wife is soon to follow.

I give 5 stars only because of Ced Torrey. He is the best pharmacist cvs has in the area. Very professional, eager to help and is always quick to fill scripts. All the other staff I give 1 star, (at Flowood location) they don’t care, do as little as possible and have a terrible attitude. Maybe CVS should have Mr. Torrey teach the other pharmacy staff members how to treat people. Ced Torrey is the best!
