I am always pleased with the service I receive at the CVS pharmacy in Oxford, MS. Brad is professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and is always willing to answer any questions I have.nMaggie checked me out today, was very helpful and patient but in all honestly everyone in the pharmacy it’s fantastic. Everyone in the pharmacy is really nice, but their actual customer service for filling prescriptions is the worst I've seen at any pharmacy. I used this pharmacy earlier this year, and the customer service was fine. Now, there always seems to be some issue or mistake each time I try to refill a prescription. What makes matters worse is that they literally do not answer the phone, so every issue and mistake is another trip into the pharmacy. I finally got tired of the poor service and transferred my prescription to another pharmacy, and they messed up the transfer too.

This pharmacy has gone downhill over the past year!!! Refills are never filled timely. They will take you off of auto refills! Prescriptions will sit “in process” for days until you call and complain about it. They are very understaffed but that isn’t the customers problem and they shouldn’t use that as an excuse!

A year ago this CVS was top notch. Never had to wait long at all. Last 6 months and it's become horrible. It takes DAYS to fill a prescription and even if you wait, you will be there for 1 hr min. I had to wait 3 days for antibiotics and a Prednisone pack. Not acceptable
