It is a very beautiful home. If you are an antique lover this will be a joy. Burnett was very accommodating to my partner and I. The breakfast is wonderful, I personally recommend the spinach frittata. Our host even went so far as to invite my 12 yr old niece to a lovely breakfast in a very well appointed room. Burnett helped create a nice memory for all of us.
What an amazing place to pass your time. The furnishings are just beautiful and the grounds are so peaceful. The hostess is world class. Go as soon as you can!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here, the host was very accommodating and friendly. There were some areas on the exterior that needed some maintenance but other than that I couldn't find many faults. If you're visiting Columbus I would recommend staying here and we'll probably be repeat guest.
We had a wonderful time and the hospitality was great. A very beautiful place with all kind of antiques and a wonderful proprietor. Highly recommended
I couldn't have loved Shadowlawn more. We made our first visit to Columbus this week, and we're running around all day - I'll be back, and am going to make a point to spend more time relaxing at Shadowlawn and talking more with Bernette.
