Very small rooms for the price. Very friendly management! I got a king with a foldout couch but they were so close together I don't see how the foldout would work. Thought it was suite...not even close. Studio dorm room. Nice tho. Just small.
That was so terrible to stay there. So noisy. You can hear everything clearly. You can hear someone walk around and jump. You can hear someone speaking outside. That is the worst hotel I stayed. I will never choose this hotel again.
Customer service was great. The bathroom tub really needs attention.. ASAP replacing. Refuse to show photos...
I come to Hattiesburg every week for work. I have stayed at other Marriott locations and have not really had a great experience. But this location has been amazing, it's exactly what I expect of Courtyard. They always have amazing customer service and their managers are as nice as can be. Can't wait to visit again next week, I can't say more enough how much I appreciate them
Nice hotel, very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, at $100/night, there really ought to be continental breakfast or, at the very least, complimentary coffee. First US hotel I've visited in a decade or more where this isn't the case, and I was more than a little miffed.
