The room was like a horror movie. Everything was scratched tables, cabinets,dirty couch, mold on ceiling and burnt mark stains and holes . I asked for a non smoking room by the way. I was scared to even use the towels. I didn't shower just slept because we were so tired and not to mention the charged me 25 for my dog.
Amazing and friendly staff with the best price in Hattiesburg. I called a lot of places, but this particular location is in the heart of Hattiesburg near University of Southern Miss with many food places and activities nearby!
I stayed here a few years ago when I came to Hattiesburg and it was okay. However, I decided to stay here again and the staff and service was extremely nice! I was talking to the owners and they completely remodeled their inside rooms, upgraded their WiFi speeds, and mounted their TVs in order to resemble modern day hotel rooms. The other negative reviews may be associated with the old owners, but these new owners of the Western Motel have been nothing but amazing. And I absolutely look forward to staying here again For the cheap price next time I come here again!
