They told me to come back in 2 hours to pick up my prescription then I come back in 2 hours and it’s still not ready and I waited in the store until it closed and THEY STILL DIDNT HAVE IT READY
These are the most unfriendly people. I have given them a year saying anyone has a a bad day. But have given up. Moving my business to someone who appreciates it.
Nice and helpful people at the front of the store. If you need something for pharmacy do not call you will be on the phone for about an hour and be put on hold and no one will come to the phone. I think it's best to go in. I've wasted more time on hold than waiting to get meds filled for a simple question.
Both pharmacists I've encountered have come off as pretty rude. I was having complications with insurance, so I was not able to buy my medication at that time. The pharmacist rudely told me that if she deleted the information, she was NOT doing it again. The other staff is nice, however.
