They never have the medicine prescribed to our son. My wife went Tuesday to pick up his medicine and was informed they were out but would have it Thursday. Now, Thursday they're out of his medicine again. It's a controlled substance so they can't switch his prescription without an act of Congress.
Had my covid vaccines it went well
The main reason I gave them a poor rating is because they are EXTREMELY SLOW getting new prescriptions filled. Every time I come in with a new one, it takes an hour or longer to get it ready. I live nearly an hour away, so there's no way I can go home and pick it up later. It makes me furious! I've used plenty of other pharmacies in my lifetime and they can have you multiple prescriptions ready in 20 minutes or less. The only reason I use them is that they are open later than the rest and I can pick up my regular meds after work even if I work late that day.
