Jones County Medical Supplies

They are prejudice/biases. I had an order faxed via my doctor. I kept calling checking on my order I was given the run around. Finally spoke to Keith about my order he was so unprofessional. I went got my order back. Wellness Center said that they never received my order from JCM. I will never do business with them again. It's only because they are the only suppliers in this area but I will go to Meridian first.

Incredibly kind and understanding. Went out of their way to help with my dilemma. So thankful for the time and prompt attention!

Extremely poor follow through. Never remember to send you you CPAP supplies even though covered under insurance. Makes me think they have too much business and don't need to have any more customers. If you don't mind tracking your own due dates for replacement supplies, go ahead. Otherwise expect you won't be taken care of properly and have to chase them down to remind them.nnI think I am better off ordering online, at least the the online stores call me to get my approval to ship, as they must have what Jones County Med. Supply does not, a computer. A computer to remind them to send replacement supplies.

Jones county needs better services. I have never got good services. Nothing but lies
