Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Biloxi North Area

Well, it is a bit difficult to be judgemental since there was a hurricane in effect about three hours after we checked in.nnSuffice to say, many of the establishment's amenities were shut down for practical purposes. Plus we lost power during the event, which has yet to be restored; but that is the city's challenge.nThe staff maintained their decorum and sense of humor throughout the storm. Truly customer service at its finest hour.nnThe accommodations themselves were first rate and under different circumstances would have been thoroughly enjoyable. As it was we all made it through safely, and that is really what counts.nnChalk up Suburban Extended Stay Hotel as worthy of a return engagement.

Very friendly and helpful lady at the desk when I checked in tonight. 12/30. It's a pleasure tonmeet someone who seems to truly enjoy there job and makes efforts to improve the day of everyone they meet. We had a long and difficult day and meeting her was refreshing.nnAlso the location is a quiet and peaceful area, plenty of parking and the rooms are larger than the average hotel room and provide ca more homelike feel.

It wasn’t a good place ! My husband & I relocated for work & where staying there for 7 days NOT once did housekeeping ever come knock on our door we had to go get everything we needed floors where never swept toilets where not cleaned I had to change the bed sheets myself ..... no smoking which was a plus because I don’t smoke inside my home anyways!nWeed being smoked in parking lot beer cans everywhere people having parties !nThe lady at front desk was absolutely horrible attitude and very very rude !nWas charged 1 thing the night we checked in & when we went to renew for another week until our apartment was ready she tried to charge us another $100 ($500) a week for what ????nMaintenance man was really nice that’s the only good thing I would have to say about our visit there !

The rooms were decent enough but the air didn't work correctly. People outside yelled all night about drugs and stuff. We ordered food and the delivery lady would not even get out of the car. She said the place scared her. Also, apparently someone died from an overdose in one of the rooms right as we arrived. Or at least that's what the front desk lady told us..

A great place to stay my church started staying at this property in 2005 after Katrina I'm recommending this property always because of the great staff.
