South Beach Hotel

I recently stayed here in the deluxe king suite. The room was very nice. We had the partial city/gulf view right on the corner of the building. The views in the room were amazing. The only downside was the guest service. My partner and I were checking out and the clerk was very short us and didn't even take the time to ask how out stay was. When. I was leaving she was all smiles and welcoming for the guest in line behind me. I came here and spent good money on a nice room for an experience and in stead felt like Julia Roberts In pretty woman. I will not be returning back. The rooms need updating as well.There were three styrofoam plates leftover in the room. And still I did not call down and complain.

Beware of hidden charges! I arrived on Friday March 12,2021. Before my arrival there was a pending $100 hold which is normal. I checked in and later that night the $100 charge fell off and it was just the $229 for the one night stay. We departed on Saturday March 13,2021. I checked my bank account on Sunday March 15,2021 to my surprise there was a second pending charge of $229. So I called and asked about the charge. They said that that’s just how their system is and that once one charge settles the other charge falls off. This is information that customers should know up front. I’m very disappointed in this hotel in this aspect. The room we had a smell to it and wasn’t the cleanest. We will not be back to this place. I know there are a lot of good reviews about this place. It is in a great location but beware.

Love staying at south beach hotel! The deluxe studio is our favorite. Wrap around windows and a great view. Everything is very clean and well maintained and it's right on the beach! Stayed here 30 times in the past year!

Loved staying here! Amazing location and views. The front desk staff was so friendly and nice! Cleanest feeling, and cleanest smelling hotel ever.

Really nice place! Originally built to be appartments, so they are really set up nice. The sunrises and sunsets from the balconies are really a pretty sight.
