Motel 6 Biloxi, MS - Beach

This is the friendliest, cleanest Motel 6 I've EVER stayed at. Housekeeping is ALWAYS friendly, accommodates my needs, & I am always greeted with a smile from the front desk staff! The head housekeeper Robert even went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure my stay was perfect! Overall, I always have a awesome experience when I stay here. I highly recommend anyone visiting The MS Coast to choose Motel 6 for your stay. You WONT be disappointed!

The staff was nice and the room was not dirty, that is about it for the positives. The halls needed vacuuming pretty badly and there was a musty odor that lingered through the whole hotel. We were hit by the strong smell of pot walking down one hall. Staff did not seem to notice. Our room was clean. Beds only had flat sheets as a blanket. Mattress was hard as a rock and flat as the sheet. Even in cheap rooms I don’t think I’ve ever seen mattresses this bad. A better bed would have earned them at least one more star. When we went to leave the elevator reeked of urine. This was a last minute booking just going on the reviews. We will not be going back. For another $30 you have several better options farther down the road also along the beach. We booked through a travel booking site and still feel like we over paid.

I stay here every now and then when I need a break from my husband's bs. Prices are pretty good, comparable. It's always clean and comfortable. Seems fairly safe, especially compared to some other motels in the area.

If your looking for a nice hotel then this is the one. The customer service is unbelievable. They took care of me better then I take care of me. Location is awesome. The management is awesome. The rooms are clean. And last but not least.... it's a family friendly environment. We had such a great time and will definitely be back.

The staff was really friendly and accompanied my every need. The head housekeeper was the best!!! I am a bit ocd so I was continuously asking for services. He never complained or showed any indication I was a bother. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone and I will be staying again.
