Walgreens

Had a prescription called in from my elderly mother's doctor and arrived at 1:20 PM. I was behind one other person in the drive through and got to the window at 1:24 to see that they had shut the curtains for pickup...the lunch period is 1:30 to 2:00. I went inside to inquire as to why they closed early, as I had made a special trip and timed it to arrive before the lunch period. Their response is that they are only allotted 30 minutes for lunch and that if they took us, it would get into their lunch break. We waited til they re-opened only to find out that they didn't have the medications. I will never return to that pharmacy, as the CVS is directly across the street with better service, hours and instock inventory.

I am really not one to leave reviews or complain. I understand people get busy and things happen. My family has given this pharmacy multiple chances to make things right. I have been told so many times to come back in two hours only to be told they don’t have the prescription, it’s still not ready, and the best one ...they don’t have the medication. I even had a pharmacist tell a family member to go get a second prescription from urgent care and fill it somewhere else until they could fill the one they had. Avoid going here at all cost, when complaining the pharmacist even told me it’s overwhelming. Mistakes will get made this way!

I had a great experience today with Tia in the photo area. She helped me with my Fedex drop off. She is awesome!!

The manager was my cashier, barely. Jennifer somehow made it to manager but tried to get away from the register to not help me. When she couldn't run away, she rung me out without a word. Not hello, not how you doing, not even the total I needed to pay. She just stood there in silence and looked at me. Talked to the lady ahead of me though. She either needs to be demoted or some training.

They are even slower than the DMV. I would give a minus 5 stars if I could. ud83eudd2c
