Americas Best Value Inn Kosciusko

Extremely outdated decor. Numerous cigarette burns on the bedding. Hair on a shower wall. Extremely thin walls. You can hear your neighbors talking in a normal tone of voice. Pillows are hard. Overpriced for what you get!nI can say that the staff is extremely friendly!

Kosciusko, Ms locations I DO NOT RECOMMEND! We was snowed in with no lights. I called the night before and asked if they had any vacancies, I was told no. So, the next day I got up and went there; it was plenty of empty rooms. The first person at the window was very kind. I was told to come back at 1. It was 11am, I get back at 1:30pm and there’s a different guy at the window, he’s completely rude. Yelled at me and stated that the room wasn’t going to be ready until 2. 2pm comes and our room is still not ready. We sat in the parking lot for another hour and our room was still not ready. I am currently typing this at 3:14pm and there are 3 housekeepers in our room and it’s still not ready. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Horrible, the people next to us had a bunch of dogs that were barking and howling all night long. And the people on the other side of them kept beating on the wall all night and the beds are very uncomfortable. We even called the front desk twice and tried to get a partial refund and they just ignored everything and didn’t care. Horrible hotel to stay at.

I stayed last year and never got around to making a review. We booked online and booked for the wrong dates. We called trying to get a change in dates and they refused. They said the room had already been prepared so we couldn't change the date so instead we had to book a second stay. Very unprofessional and rude over the phone.

Hated it. I waited over 10 mins to check in, I also called while I was standing there to get checked in, no answer. So I left.nIt wasn't that good of a place from the outside either.
