Americas Best Value Inn

This is THE WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. Would rate this hotel at 0 stars if I could. Do not bring children. Go the Baymont hotel on veterans memorial parkway. It's a much better hotel, and they charge less than what this hotel does. We're from out of town, installing new fiber optic lines to upgrade the town's infrastructure. The hotel smells horrible. This hotel is dirty. The outside of the hotel is trashed. The only people who even stay here are homeless, or on drugs. Don't plan on getting any sleep. Between people going in and out all night, and the walls being paper thin; you will not sleep, I promise. The hotel parking lot is dimly lit, and is pretty dangerous. The shower head leaked and barely had any water pressure as well. Overall a very unpleasant stay. The only people who work here are the 2 owners. The man is very nice, while the woman is very rude. We were storing our equipment in the back lot during our stay. We like to go home on weekends, so when we checked out, she informed me that it would be 3 dollars per day per spot while we weren't staying. We're coming back in a day and a half!!! Why charge me?? Nobody even uses that lot!! I ended up paying over 150 dollars in storage for the two weeks I stayed. The math just doesn't add up. These people are scum lords, and will rob you blind throughout your stay. Go to the baymont hotel on veterans memorial parkway instead. It's cheaper, has nicer rooms, continental breakfast, a heated pool, safe bright lit parking lot with helpful staff that will accommodate you for whatever your needs are. Not to mention you'll at least get some sleep, and have a nice hot shower in comfort. Stay away from the warrenton inn ( best value inn) on Arlington road. Place is trash.

Terrible! I went to visit a friend of mine that was staying there and rent a room myself and was told by the front desk that people were not allowed to have visitors in their rooms and that if I did want to visit it would have to be done in the lobby by the front desk! I'm sorry but if I'm going to pay to rent a hotel room NOBODY is going to tell me I'm not allowed any visitors. The clerk was incredibly rude and had me infuriated by the time I walked out. I have a feeling by the smell of the lobby that the rooms weren't clean anyway so maybe he saved me from being eaten alive by bedbugs in my sleep by being so rude and chasing me off

Grimy, poor security, building neglected. Buyer beware.nnThis hotel is in need of some serious improvements. It also really needs a wash cloth. Don't touch the walls, and wear your shoes in the room because the carpets are sticky.nnHow this hotel had any reviews above 3 is a mystery to me. I feel like I was tricked. Something smelly fishy.nnOh, and the pool was covered, and by the look of the trash sitting on the cover, it's been this way for awhile.nnBuyer Beware!

Young gentleman at the front was super nice to us and recommended a upgraded room that had a tv with an hdmi hookup so we could connect our ps4. Otherwise we would’ve been upset we got a room with a tv that didn’t have a connection. Thank you! New beds and TVs and updated microwave and fridge and coffee maker in the rooms. The lobby may look dated but the rooms are nice and luckily they had a smoking room for my husband although I don’t smoke it was nice he didn’t have to smoke out in the snow cause he’s a truck driver it seems hard to find hotels that have a smoking hotel room. ud83dude05

Never checked in. Pulled into the parking lot and judged it by its outer appearance and decided to find a little nicer place.
