The staff is amazing!! Especially Melody (the front desk manager)!! We went out to get breakfast on a Sunday morning while staying at the hotel and were supposed to head right back. Well, we got a flat tire and were not going to make it back in time to check out. We called the hotel and they said they would extend our check out time and to keep them informed on our progress. Unfortunately, we were not able to get a new tire until the next day, but Melody was able to keep our room for us and got us a great rate for the extra night. She went above and beyond for us. I would recommend anyone traveling to the area to stay!
Staff where amazing, really kind, friendly, helpful and just gave an all round easy stay. Nice rooms. The views from this hotel were really cool. Overall a fantastic. Highly recommend.
Zero stars Is more accurate. This hotel needs to be re-done. It has old mattresses, smelly carpets, and the bathrooms smell of urine. Sticking a blue tape across the door wasn't that impressive once we stayed in the room awhile. Just wiping them over with disinfectant won't improve these worn out old rooms The receptionist was very polite.
Pretty good hotel for the price given. Could be a little cleaner, not any big problems with cleanness though. Overall had a decent stay.
Nice Location, Pool is awesome, they oversell their rooms and didn't have the two queen beds as promised. facility is clean and rooms are a little small but comfortable
