My husband and I spent 4 nights here and we had a great time. Ken was amazing. He was so sweet and very helpful the whole time. We really enjoyed the free breakfast and the 5:30 kickback. Nobody else I am aware of is offering this! The room was clean and comfortable. There was no noise in the halls or through the walls. We also like that the rooms come with a mini fridge and a microwave. I don’t have one complaint about our time there. We would definitely recommend to others
Although we are in the time of a pandemic, this travel agent was very pleased with the service from check in to check out. The staff was amazing, friendly and so professional. I was truly delighted to know that this hotel still provided a hot breakfast, access to the pool area and a nice evening kickback. They were super hospitable. The place is beautiful. I think a tad more attention to detail could be done when cleaning the room. Nothing major. I would recommend this hotel.
We have stayed here 2 different times and it was fabulous both times! The staff is so friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. The evening snack and morning breakfast is great!! We will stay here every time we come to St. Louis!
