Walmart Pharmacy

My physician called in a prescription at least three hours before I came for pickup. I waited for 45 minutes in the drive-through lane, only to be told that they still had to check their voicemail. I was then told that they can’t fill my prescription and I had to wait for an additional 30 minutes. I drove back 30 minutes later and am still waiting.nThe staff weren’t even apologetic and never tried to make it easier. They are probably overworked/understaffed, but I still think they have many opportunities to make this better. I do not think I will come back again

I dropped off a prescription and the tech told me 20 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and they still had not even touched the prescription... it was not busy and the medication was in a bottle. All they had to do was put it in the bag and run it through insurance. Then, I came back and they said it wasn't ready.... they said another 20 minutes... after 20 minutes I came back and it still wasn't ready... They had not even ran it through insurance and she told me to hold on and she'd do it now. Long story short it wasn't covered under insurance and I had to wait 40 plus minutes to find out I couldn't get the prescription! I've had many problems with this pharmacy as far service. They are the worst pharmacy and they really need to improve their customer service. Do not use them.

I don't get the bad reviews. I ended up going here after CVS took over Schnucks. CVS is horrible to put in mildly. Wal-Mart has been fantastic! They are on the ball and go out of their way to help you!

I've been going to Walmart Highlands Pharmacy for several years. Their staff is kind, thoughtful, caring and very professional. They know me by name and have always delivered stellar service. Elda, Alexander, Lana and Matt are the best, they've gone above and beyond for me. Thank you very much for everything! I will always recommend you to my family and friends!

They have weird hours and even a lunch break. I had three visits and couldn't get my. Never ever ever trust this place go somewhere open and reliable
