I received great service and a full explanation of the bicycle parts I purchased. I updated an old but great Trek Pilot 5.2 frame. Someday, I plan to buy a brand new Trek Domane!!

I bought an expensive Trek bike in July and understand the length of time it took to be completed because of Covid.nOur first salesperson (Brad) in July was courtous and helpful as was the Salesperson new to the shop yesterday who was kind and caring.nHowever, the person who was training him was rude, curt and disrespectful to us when we just paid almost $1,000 for this bike.nnEDITnI felt good to be contacted so rapidly and pleased with your response. If you were hoping to freely peruse the bikes they have in stock, you can forget about it because the entire place is roped off so your only choice is to be side saddled by one of their sales associates. I get it, though; covid and all. We didn't get that far, unfortunately, as I was told if I didn't take a pump of their hand sanitizer then I couldn't go beyond the roped area. I'm not okay with a company saying I have to put their chemicals on my body in order to be let in. I'm good with a mask, but I gotta draw the line somewhere. I'll take my business somewhere else.nnEDIT: Thanks for your reply. I don't disagree with being safe at all. In fact, I mentioned that I had my own hand sanitizer and that was not enough. With respect to employee safety: putting those chemicals on your body 50 times a day is not safe any way you slice it. If someone comes in and they have their own hand sanitizer, that should be acceptable. Your quest for safety is alienating your customers.

I bought a $10,000 Trek Pro Caliber RSLnIn 2017. This weekend the frame just cracked out of nowhere while I was riding it on a trail in a non stressful environment. I weigh less than 150 lbs. Trek refuses to fix it until I come up with my original “proof of purchase”nThese bikes are trash and their customer service is LOUSYnI bought a “top of the line” bike and what I ended up with was junk and Trek won’t stand behind it.
