Ballwin Cycles always get 5 stars for enthusiasm and effort. They have a sense of urgency to get you back on the trail that's comforting to know. It's a small shop but they usually have a pretty good selection of bikes and parts.
Bought my new 2021 Giant Talon 1 at Ballwin Cycles today and had an awesome shoping experience. Tom was great. Quick, friendly service, gave me great advice and didnt try to over sell. They have a great selection of bikes and will treat you well.
Mark and the gang got me setup with a new Giant ebike. Great place to shop very helpful and extremely welcoming.
Marc and his crew have been fantastic throughout my bike buying journey. They educated me, explained differences, offered suggestions and got me into my new mountain bike. The follow up service has been 100% spot-on.
I have done business with Ballwin Cycles since Mark opened over 25 yrs ago and Mark is a Bike scientist, a veritable bike brain surgeon that is as customer conscious as he is a bike savant. I have guided family, friends and associates to this shop for years, and because you will be treated with great service. Tom's also a great asset to the shop.
