Walmart Pharmacy

Dont go there, I drop off precription a night before. Came in the morning, they dont even put me in the system. I had wait for 20 min after that, nothing happen. She left then make me wait more. I ask her to give the paper back to me but she left then make me wait again untill she come back

Awful customer service. Went to pick up a rx my dr called in and when I got there I was told that the rx my dr prescribed was no longer available they told me there is a over the counter that is similar. I stated I wish they had called me to let me know before I drive 30min one way to get there. The lady shrugged and said we thought you were close. I ended up leaving and was so frustrated with the lack of care or customer service I called back to speak with a manager and the pharmasist was put on the phone I explained the situation and he continued to cut me off while I was speaking and had a well the offered you the over the counter stuff right attitude. He explained the rx my dr prescribed was very similar to the over the counter however no one told me that while I was there and honestly I want what MY dr wanted me to have and if I couldn’t get that I want to speak to MY dr and see what she would recommend. Point is simple have the courtesy to call someone if what their dr prescribed isn’t available so the or can decide what steps to take. Considering 3 people were just standing around I can’t imagine they were too busy to give me a heads up. The pharmasist seemed disinterested and bothered by the inconvience of the call. Over all horrible customer service. I will never use this pharmacy again and will tell everyone I know not to as well. I work in healthcare and manage a office and I would never treat a pt that way not would I tolerate my staff to do so.
