Best Roofing Company in Saint Louis by far!!!nVan Pelt Contracting in St. Louis did a wonderful job on my roof and even fixing the areas that were needing repair due to horrible wood rot. We got quite a few quotes from other reputable Saint Louis companies and all of them were about the same. But what separated Van Pelt Contracting from the rest was the confidence I felt after meeting with our contractor and the wealth of information we received on what was going to be needed and what was going to happen to our roof and our home as a whole. There was a bit of hand-holding and assurance that despite having people crawling around our roof, it really wasn't going to interfere with our day to day life, which was completely the case. Great work and incredibly non-intrusive.

Van Pelt Contracting was referred to us…nnVan Pelt Contracting was referred to us by a couple friends, so we already knew they did nice work..... and we are so glad we decided to choose them for our fireplace remodel!nnAdam was able to give us a very reasonable quote for the job. We had him completely tear down our brick fireplace and replace it with a brand new wood and stone surround. We LOVE how it turned out. I would definitely recommended him to anyone looking for any kind of carpentry work, he is so talented!nnOn top of the fantastic work he does, he was also very careful to keep the construction area clean throughout the project. And he was always courteous and always on time.nnWe could not be happier with the work that Adam Van Pelt has done in our home!

Picking a roofer for us was a very foreign exercise - like how many times in one's life do we have the pleasure of such a chore? Van Pelt Contracting-St. Louis's quote was the third we received - we found them through Google+Plus.The quote was as detailed as the rest but significantly less expensive. Hum... So we got a few more quotes to learn about the lingo.nnWe soon had the lingo down, looked at materials in books and stores, and pulled the trigger on Van Pelt Contracting-St. Louis's company. A great choice! They were extremely thorough in every step of the process. Because of the weather, They respected our wishes to hold off on the start date. We started the day after Thanksgiving. Given the inspector schedule and weather forecast they ended working the whole weekend - no overages. Talk about a hard working crew, these guys worked with no complaints.nnWe had considerable dry rot/water damage - we covered the material hard costs and they only added reasonable labor with no mark up. We had only one roof vent issue and Adam Van Pelt came out personally the next day and totally made it perfect. A 150% job all around. Looks great - sleeping a lot better now.nnVan Pelt Contracting-St. Louis knows they can send you our way for a recommendation. I guess I just did.

Van Pelt Contracting is first rate!. They will get the job done on time and on budget. He has worked for me on several occasions (Kansas City Area). I wish I had more projects for him to do!! I highly recommend Van Pelt Contracting,Great Results, Experts, Good Value.Thanks for our wonderful new roof!!
