The Ritz-Carlton, St. Louis

My stay at the Ritz was great. The service from Staff was excellent, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my request, and make the stay pleasurable. Room Service with breakfast from Casa Don Alfonso, inside the hotel, was excellent, very delicious, perfect presentation. Our check out time was extended as a courtesy. Parking is $25 overnight. Deluxe and Suites have nice little Balcony. Plenty of dining nearby in Clayton. Great location.

Luxury at its finest! It is an experience you'll never forget. The staff did a phenomenal job creating a lavish lifestyle from start to finish; from the valet opening the car door upon your arrival to the concierge working above and beyond to accommodate your every desire. Every inch of the hotel was immaculately clean, along with hand sanitizing stations on every floor. The rooms are unbelievable, and the balcony adds a finishing touch! Even the lobby/lounge offers a state of the art experience. Book this hotel tomorrow and thoroughly enjoy a life of pure luxury!

Stayed at Club Level and it was nice. I enjoyed the lounge. The staff was awesome. We came in from a night out and the ladies were generally talking about their feet hurting and taking there shoes off in the lobby . The attendant came over with slippers for all. He said, Did I hear you say your feet were tired? Service even without a request made. Its a win for me.

Our Valentines Day stay was everything. The hotel suite was beautiful and clean. The service was 5 star and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Great job valet attendant. Will stay again!
