Clayton Plaza Hotel

Road trip from Rapid City SD to Chattanooga TN with my niece. We booked a room here because of the price and they were pet friendly. We were NOT excepting such a fantastic hotel! The lobby Is beautiful with marble floors and walls and an amazing chandelier! Covered parking attached right to the hotel! Our room was perfect, flat screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, in room coffee and a nice sitting area. The bathroom was great too with separate soaking tub and shower. They even had made to order breakfast! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here if your in St. Louis!!

Excellent service. Room was a pretty good size. Comfy beds. Very clean. Exceptional front desk staff. Location had quick access to many things to do and places to get food. Would recommend, will definitely stay again.

This hotel is in a very nice neighborhood. Excellent, kind service from the front desk. Rooms were large, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Delicious free breakfast. I highly recommend! I've stayed in several hotels in the area when visiting Children's, and this is BY FAR the best! I will definitely be returning.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at the Clayton Plaza. It is very convenient as it is only 12 min from Barnes Jewish Hospital. The staff has always been very polite and courteous. We love the rooms which are very spacious with plenty of seating. And the tub is just amazing for a nice luxurious soak. The parking garage has easy access to and from the hotel and the free breakfast is definitely a good deal.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. The front desk lady was rude and in 2 occasions I asked for help and she would give me the excuse that she was by her self and had calls waiting so I would have to wait 25 minutes so she can call me down to get the extra sheets. Not being nice about it at all.nBreakfast was alright. Pretty simple menu but it was alright. Ramps are extremely steep.nAfter trying to check out had to make another trip to give my payment information for the second time. Make sure they explain to you that you will pay to park in their garage and they stamp your ticket. They never explained that to me.
