Hilton St. Louis Frontenac

The hotel was amazing. It was an experience I will never forget. The hotel hospitality made the up most difference. Everyone had beautiful smiles, kept all areas always very clean and sanitized. I would always recommend the Hilton St. Louis Frontenac. You will not regret it. It was a peaceful journey, you would never forget.

A very beautiful and elegant hotel. Customer service was great. I called the front desk with questions several times, each time India was polite, professional and didn't mind assisting me. The room was clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Very comfy bed and pillows. Room service was fast and the food was wonderful. Will definitely stay again.

Poor communication, housekeeping services not provided even though I asked repeatedly and made numerous calls requesting services. Front staff man had very poor customer service skills-was VERY rude and DISMISSIVE when I asked for help. overall very disappointed 7 night stay. Restaurant was real nice though--I ate there several times.

Very beautiful hotel for a weekend getaway. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly. We had to cancel our last night because the weather was going to be bad that night, and they were understanding and helpful with getting us a refund for the last night.

Poor experience, fancy looking hotel. Not worth it. The housekeeping person doesn’t seem to be getting paid enough and is clearly not doing a good job. Found a bug on my pillow, sheets weren’t changed - had the same marker mark for two days, poorly made beds. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows as well. AC unit seems to have its own mind, cools and heats up when it wants and doesn’t seem to work with the thermostat temp that is displayed.nNot the experience we were looking for.n2 stars only for the locations and convenience.
